I use this product for two reasons: to strengthen the power of caffeine and protective properties of green tea. I think I have the best of both worlds.

You can use this product for several months and I can see a real difference. I was using, according to a healthy diet.

This was recommended to me by a friend, in addition to energy. Probably the worst thing I have received. I drink a gallon of water per day and yet I still managed to get dehydrated while taking this. I have only one day and did absolutely nothing for me all around. I truly believe that this may have contributed to massive profit from my £ 8 a month!

This did not work as hoped. Take two in the morning and one with lunch. It appears that suppresses apit me to dinner and then I feel very hungry. No side effects, does not seem to bother me as nervous or something. I believe that if you ar on a budget are worth trying, but if you have a few extra dollars to spend looking around.

My friend said it worked well, so I bought one from Walmart like 2 months ago. So far, it has lost weight if I ate well, gained Wight, as usual. I had no side effect which means that the product is safe enough. but not recommended.
