Yes creatine helps with dilution, not only because it helps you retain more water, but labs used to look for creatine since creatine is naturally found in the body. But like I said, many labs fail for dilution now or make you retest.
The point is those drinks have in them things that keep? the ph Balance and specific Gravity proper. So that the test doesn’t show up as being diluted. The drinks themselves only add those things necessary to keep the test from showing dilution. For people who have to piss while being observed, dilution is the only working method.
Im not trying to sell synthetic urine or else I would refer people to a website which sells it and I would mention a company name. How do I know which brand of synthetic urine people are going to buy on a google search, theres tons of companies? that make it. Thats like me saying “drink soda”, and then you saying Im trying to sell soda. How do I know which soda you are going to buy? Theres Pepsi, Coca Cola, Dr Pepper etc. I must work for all of them right?I own all synthetic urine companies lol

What matters in dilution is that there no thc metabolites in the urine, or at least not enough to be detected at the cut off point. Also they often test for specific Gravity, the acidic content of the urine and the *CREATININE*(creatine by-product/waste product) levels, salts, vitamins and minerals etc … This method is certainly preferable for monitored tests like for probation … But you want to quit smoking at least 4 days before the test as well so that it? is not in your blood when tested.
