I got this on a bet with a friend, seems to have no effect. Diet and exercise worked well anyway. I excersised and dieted with the Constitution itself did last year. but added to this product. No difference that I see. (Used only for the stomach.)

So, I am now an avid exerciser in the world, but I bought this product because it was published in the journal instinct as "5 star" product to boost abs. Already thin as it is, but I wanted to see if I could make my abs stand out a bit more than they already do. The use of the product once a day for about two weeks after I took a shower. Then I go for my daily work – school, work, etc. We saw a real change of any kind. I will not say "the product does not work" because it can show that, for sure, but I must say that I personally have not done anything. Maybe it's a product that only works for people who go to the gym for life and do cardio and weights for two hours, five times a week. I do not know. All I know is that if you're not very athletic person, I doubt that will have no effect on your abdomen. I wish I could say it was the "savior" of the product, but like most products shortcut does not seem to really do what the bottle says it will.
