  • GBS have been possible for some years and bought this book, then. I read now and I find it very informative and the recipes have provided will be great for me post op. This is the time that concerns me more – what to swallow when swallowing, and how to care for myself, not its destruction. And "well written, logical and gives a lot of food choices.
