This book is informative. Until now I have had great success losing weight and was 3 weeks. I am not likely to follow the rules.

I'm really struggling with this idea with a low glycemic index. I see its value, but for some reason, it still seems difficult to implement in practice. This book is the best I've read on this subject and would recommend to anyone serious about food in this way. For myself, I feel closer to understanding, which is odd considering that I was in many other diet plans, there can be no doubt. I'm sure that just me and maybe I'm just ready to make this change.

This book has good information, but not page turner! It flows easily and freely as some, but the information is good.
