Absurd waste of money. I could buy "Yoga" Music is much cheaper with the same result. I would not recommend anyone buying this CD misleading.

I do not know if it works? I like the piano, but this is too much game plan for my taste. So, since I can not get past the sound of this I do not know how effective it is.

This is not what I expected. I bought a CD, Kelly Howells few years ago by Avon. Talk to someone – so that is what I expected it. I hear only the music, and some. . . singing (; AAHHHH, vocals), but not talking about minutes to help collect relaxation. I found myself often thinking about other things I do, and then slept. My interpretation of the directives was to listen to monitor 1, while awake, and I could not execute. It did help me sleep, however, but I have not seen much change my eating habits.

Please note that this version of the CD is abridged and perhaps why I think it sucks and is 1 / 8 of all the wonderful things that other people say they have heard their versions. It's just loud chime. It guided meditation or someone to talk to everyone. Just chymes annoying. In addition to the money.
